Here are my last two purses for Art Fest. I really like the way they turned out! I didn't add buttons to these. I may have to add some velcro to keep this one closed.

Painted canvas purses for Art Fest

I had this idea to use some of a large roll of canvas I have siting in my garage. I saw these painted canvas purses that were really wonderful. So I decided to make some for my special friends for Art Fest. I have two more to make. One is a b/w theme and one is green and red. I can't wait to see how they turn out. Not sure what colors to give whom, I'm sure it will all work out. Art Fest is 3 more days away.

I'm finally working on some swaps for Art Fest. I plan to add some earthy beads and a jump ring. I'd like to get some ATC done also but not sure if it will happen. I've also started on some fun purses for my roomates. I'm painting canvas and adding embellishments. Can't wait to be done.

SNOW! Yes, that's right there is snow in Kent Washington, south of Seattle. Today the 5th day of Spring, March 26th. There is at least an 1/2 inch on the ground. I can't believe it, can you say global warming? Art Fest is only a week away...will there be snow?
