1st Sale on my new Etsy Site!!!!

I'm sooooo excited...I sold my first canvas painted purse on my new Etsy site. www.juliaoncanvas.etsy.com. I just opened my site a couple of weeks ago. I'm painting artist canvas and making the paintings into purses and other things. It so gratifying to sell something that I hand made!!!

"Day of the Dead", a Mexican celebration of dead ancestores is November 1st. My daughters and I worked on some sugar skulls, a tradition is Mexico. It was really fun decorating them! Here is a link explaining "Day of the Dead."

New Photoshop tricks

I was playing around with Photoshop today. I found this great online tutorial - www.tutorialaday.com. Great tips on web design and other fun stuff! Need to learn to Photoshop the face or get a better picture of myself. This was taken on my photo booth app on my mac...not good resolution.
