This is my attempt at a Marla - http://www.marlaolmstead.com/- paint style. It is really hard to let go and be as spontaneous as this little artist. I am so impressed by her. There is a documentary about Marla - "My Kid Could Paint That". I highly recommend this documentary...it really makes you think about art!!

This will be one of my canvas purses when I am finished. I don't think it will be as beautiful as Marla's work, but it is a good exercise.
